Kusch+Co has developed a fire prevention concept for its contract seating. Especially in waiting areas and escape routes where flammable seating is not permitted, fire prevention plays an important role.

With a special, close-fitting fabric between the padding and the upholstery cover, our seating is made non-combustible in compliance with DIN 4102 A2 and meets all the requirements of DIN 66084 P-a.

Tests show that our fire prevention concept succeeds in realising all of the essential aims: the seating is self-extinguishing, the build-up of smoke is minimized and the propagation of an incipient fire is impossible.
